Cannot Connect to Network

User cannot connect their device to a wireless network that they have previously connected to before.


  • Attempt to connect another device to the wireless network. If the issue persists, please contact your organization's IT Support team.
  • If the other device(s) are able to connect, turn off the device that is having an issue and let it charge for ~30 minutes.
  • After charging, restart the device and attempt to connect to the wireless network again.
  • If the user is attempting to connect to the network with their headset device, confirm the date and time accurately reflects the timezone they are in. For more information on adjusting the device's date and time, refer to the Adjusting the Date and Time on Headset article.

Changing your password will log you out immediately. Use the new password to log back in.
