# Forgetting Network Settings

## Issue

User is experiencing issues with the wireless network connection on their Apprentice-powered headset or iOS device.

## Solution

### Apprentice-powered Headset

1. Power on the headset then ensure you are at the device's home page before moving forward.

          **TIP:**

          

To navigate to the headset's home page, say **"Navigate Home"** or press the textured Action button on the side of the device.

1. Say **"Settings,"** then say **"Network and Internet."**
2. Say **"Wireless Networks,"** then say **"Page Down"** until **Saved networks** is displayed.
3. Say **"Saved networks,"** then say the name of the network you want to forget.
4. Say **"Forget"**.

### iOS device

1. On your iOS device, navigate to Settings.
2. Tap **Wi-Fi**.
3. Tap the the blue **"i" icon** displayed next to the name of the network you want to forget.
4. Tap **Forget This Network**.
5. Tap **Forget** to confirm.
