Each Tempo equipment instance represents a specific equipment item used as part of the pharmaceutical manufacturing process.

Equipment Instances page
The Equipment Instances page provides access to view, search, or filter through a list of existing equipment instances and to create new equipment instances.
To access the Equipment Instances page from the left navigation panel, click cloud Tempo > Equipment > Equipment Instances. A list of configured equipment instances displays.
From this list, users can access the following functions:
- View, search, create, edit, and delete equipment instance information.
- Customize filter views to fit display preferences.
- Click Columns to select which equipment instance columns to display in the list.
- Columns reflect specific information stored on a equipment instance within the system, including information such as Name, Vendor Name, Class, Subclass, Location, Usable State, and more.
- Click filter_list Filter next to a column of your choice, then select a filter criteria and enter a term in the search bar.
- Click Filters Applied > Clear All Filters to reset the filter view.
- Import and export equipment instances.

Equipment instance tabs
After a user creates a new equipment instance, additional tabs display adjacent to the Equipment Info and Triggers tabs.
