Headset Accessories (Navigator series 500)

Power management accessories

The following accessories include items for charging the Apprentice-powered headset.

USB-C charging cable

• RealWear model
• Power cable with faster charging time

Single battery pack

RealWare Navigator 4-Battery Charger

• Charges up to 4 RealWear Navigator® 500 Battery Packs (sold separately)
• Can charge from 5 to 99% in approximately 2 hours
• Mounting holes for affixing to wall or desk
• USB C to C Cable, 1.5m included
• REQUIRES a PD Charger, 9V / 4A or 12V / 3A output (not included)

Headset accessories

The following accessories include wearable items that enhance your experience with the Apprentice-powered headset.

Rear cover

• RealWear model
• Made of plastic
• No foam padding
• Cleanroom compatible

Hard hats

• Various models (MSA V-Gard Front Brim, Honeywell)
• Used during factory acceptance testing (FAT) and use cases around construction

Hard hat clips

• RealWear model
• Custom designed for the HMT-1 and Navigator 500 series headset devices
• Clips into hard hat accessory slots

Thermal Camera Module

The Thermal Camera Module is a dual-camera unit which includes both the standard 48MP sensor and a thermal sensor. With the ability to switch seamlessly between the visible spectrum and infrared it enables you to capture the heat signature of the surrounding environment.

Bluetooth mono earbud headphone

• Jabra Talk 55 model
• Noise cancellation headphones for use in loud environments

Mono earbud headphone

• Far End Gear Short Buds model
• Short length monobud with microphone
• Used when an operator does not want to broadcast their Tandem session aloud via the headset

Bluetooth speaker

• Jabra Speak 510 model
• Allows headset operator to connect to a bluetooth speaker so participants can better hear them when speaking in the field

LTE 4G modem

• RealWear model
• Allows user to connect to a cellular wireless network in areas where there is no wireless network
• Attaches securely to the side of the Navigator 500 Series device

Bluetooth keyboard

• Rii i8+ model
• Allows user to connect a keyboard to their headset device
• Typically used to type in wireless network information or a user's name when the headset cannot recognize the command
