Headset Display is Lagging

Issue

The headset operator's video display is lagging during an active Tandem session.

Solution

To prevent headset video display from lagging during a Tandem session, the Image Stabilization feature must be enabled.

  1. Leave the active Tandem session then navigate to the headset's home page.
TIP:

To navigate to the headset's home page, say "Navigate Home," or press the textured Action button on the side of the device.

  1. Say "My Programs".
  2. Say "Settings" then say "Page Down" until RealWear is displayed on the screen.
  3. Say "RealWear." The RealWear menu will display with Camera: Image Stabilization toggled to Off by default.
  4. Say "Camera: Image Stabilization." The toggle will change from Off to On.
  5. Upon enabling, say "Navigate Home" to go back to the headset's home page, then rejoin the Tandem session.
