Issue
The headset operator's video display is lagging during an active Tandem session.
Solution
To prevent headset video display from lagging during a Tandem session, the Image Stabilization feature must be enabled.
- Leave the active Tandem session then navigate to the headset's home page.
TIP:
To navigate to the headset's home page, say "Navigate Home," or press the textured Action button on the side of the device.
- Say "My Programs".
- Say "Settings" then say "Page Down" until RealWear is displayed on the screen.
- Say "RealWear." The RealWear menu will display with Camera: Image Stabilization toggled to Off by default.
- Say "Camera: Image Stabilization." The toggle will change from Off to On.
- Upon enabling, say "Navigate Home" to go back to the headset's home page, then rejoin the Tandem session.
