How to add a Ganymede Integrated Scale for use in Weigh and Dispense to a procedure

Follow the steps below to learn how to add a Ganymede Integrated Scale for use in Weigh and Dispense while authoring a procedure.
The Dispense Action requires a material to be added as a resource input on the procedure. The below steps only detail steps for configuring a procedure with the Ganymede integrated scales.
Step 1
Navigate to 'Tempo' then click Procedures.
Step 2
Click Templates under the Procedure menu.
Step 3
Click Create new procedure template in the upper right corner of the UI. A Popup for 'Create New Procedure Template' will display.
Step 4
Enter a 'Title', select Standard Operating Procedure and click 'Next'. The 'Create new procedure template' popup will transition to 'Author Information'.
Step 5
Make all users, a team, or a specific user, an author of this procedure, then click Next. The 'Create New Procedure Template' Popup will transition to 'SOURCE DOCUMENT'.
Step 6
Select the No, I don't have a source document option or choose a local file from your computer or a PDF from your DMS, if applicable, then click Create.
Step 7
If using a source document, highlight a step in your document displayed on the left and click the New Step icon. If not using a source document, click Add step in the bottom middle of the UI. A step will be created.
Step 8
Under the 'Inputs' section in the sidebar, click Add new input and select 'Resource'. The sidebar will transition to the 'Input: Add Resource' screen.
Step 9
Enter a Name / Prompt.
Step 10
Select Equipment under 'Resource Type'.
Step 11
Select 'Resource Query' from the Scan Type dropdown.
Step 12
Optionally, select an option from the Condition dropdown.

Click Add resource.
Step 14
Under the 'Actions' section in the sidebar, click Add new action and select 'Dispense'.

Enter the applicable information for the required fields:

Target sublot number format | Gives the operator a format to follow when entering sublot number |
Dispensing mode | The dispense mode, manual or weighing |
Weighing mode | The weighing mode type, positive, negative, residual, or layered |
Target quantity type | The target quantity type, manually set by author or referenced process parameter |
Pull equipment from... | Available if Dispensing mode is Weighing for use with integrated scales |
Ganymede integrated scales are supported when the Dispensing mode is set to Weighing and Weighing mode is set to Positive for Tempo 6.5.
Step 16
Select an option under 'Automatically allocate dispensed sublot to batch run?' When set to “yes” the material that is dispensed during this action will be allocated to the batch run the procedure run is in.

Select an option under 'Required to print a label'.

Click Add Action.
