Solution

To improve the audio on the headset, users can connect their device to a Jabra Bluetooth speaker for additional support.

  1. Power on the Jabra Speak 510 Bluetooth speaker.

TIP:

To navigate to the headset's home page, say "Navigate Home," or press the textured Action button on the side of the device.

  1. Say "My Programs".
  2. Say "Settings," then say "Page Down" until RealWear is displayed on the screen.
  3. Say "RealWear." The RealWear menu will display with Bluetooth Mode toggled to Secondary by default.
  4. Say "Bluetooth Mode." The toggle will change from Secondary to Primary.
  5. Upon enabling, say "Navigate Back," then say "Page Up" until you reach Connected devices.
  6. Say "Connected devices," then say "Pair new device."
  7. Say the full name of the Bluetooth speaker you want to pair with. In this case, the name of the speaker is: Jabra SPEAK 510 USB.
  8. A dialog confirming you want to pair the device will display. Say "Pair" to successfully connect the speaker to the headset.
NOTE:

To adjust the volume on the Bluetooth speaker, press the + control to increase audio or the - control to decrease and/or mute audio.
