Once a procedure author has made change suggestions within a procedure template using the Tempo iOS app in-suite authoring Design Mode feature, those suggestions become available in the Tempo web application procedure template for review and acceptance or rejection.

A procedure author may propose changes to a draft procedure template on the iOS app using the in-suite authoring Designer Mode feature. From the web app, procedure authors can review, modify, and confirm added, deleted, or modified steps.

NOTES:
  • Any procedure author with access to a procedure can review and accept or reject changes on the web app, including the procedure author who proposed the changes on the iOS app.
  • In the procedure template version revision history, all accepted changes are attributed to the user who accepts the change, not the user who proposes the change.
  • Designer Mode is only available on the iOS app for procedure templates that are in a draft status and that do not use a source PDF. To learn more about Designer Mode on the iOS app, review the In-Suite Authoring in Designer Mode article.
