How to Import Steps into a Procedure

Notes:

1. When importing steps, they are disconnected from existing flows to allow for manual placement in your workflow

2. A singular terminal node must exist in the template for successful import

3. In this initial implementation, conditional navigation is not imported when transferring multiple related steps - this will be addressed in a future update
