Logging in to the Apprentice Knowledge Base (Navigator)

Welcome to Navigator!
Apprentice Navigator is a comprehensive knowledge base that includes product overviews, how-to information for system features, release notes, troubleshooting information, and more.
To access the full library of knowledge base content, users must be logged in. Follow the instructions below based on the version of Tempo you are currently using.
- Login instructions for users on v6.5.0 through v6.5.211
- Login instructions for users on v6.5.3, v7.0.X, and subsequent versions
To identify which version of the system you are using, login to the Tempo Web Application. In the bottom left corner of the system you will see a version number.
Login instructions for users on v6.5.0 through v6.5.211:
To access the full library of knowledge base content, log in through the link in the upper right.
If you do not have an account, please follow the link on the sign up page to Self Signup.
Note: Only Apprentice customers will be able to create an account. If you are an Apprentice customer, be sure to sign up with your company-provided email address. Each company’s domain has been “allow-listed.” If you attempt to sign in with an email address that is not your company-provided address, you will receive an error.

Login instructions for users on v6.5.3, v7.0.X, and subsequent Versions:
Tempo users on v6.5.3, v7.0.X, and subsequent versions will be automatically logged in to the Navigator knowledge base upon clicking the Tempo in-system footer link labeled Knowledge Base.
Users on these versions will not be able to manually login with a username and password.
