Snapshots & Recordings Overview

The Snapshots & Recordings list is a section of the Tempo web application that allows users to view media captured during a Tandem session, solo recording, or other instance.

The media types that can be found in Snapshots & Recordings include:

  • Tandem HD Screenshots
  • Tandem session recordings
  • Solo recordings (video recordings captured on headset device outside of Tandem session)
  • Solo snapshots (still images captured on headset device outside of Tandem session)
  • Media files shared by other colleagues

To access the Snapshots & Recordings list, click Snapshots & Recordings on the left navigation panel.

1Share captureClick to search, filter, or select collaborators to share the selected media file with. (This icon is grayed out by default.)
2Upload a captureClick to upload a media file from your device.
3Download captureClick to download the selected media file to your device. (This icon is grayed out by default.)
4Archive captureClick to archive the selected media file. (This icon is grayed out by default.)
5Toggle grid viewClick to toggle the media files in grid view.
6Toggle list viewClick to toggle the media files in list view (default view).
7ColumnsAdd or remove a column from the list.
8Reset FiltersReset the filters on the list.
9ThumbnailPreview image of the media file.
10NameName of the media file. To add or edit the file name, toggle to grid view.
11TagsOptional tags added to the media file. To add or edit tags, toggle to grid view.
12Column options menuPin, autosize, or reset the column of your choice.
13File TypeType of media file (png, mp4, etc.).
14OwnershipName of owner who captured the media file.
15Shared With MeDisplays if the media file was shared by another colleague.
16TimestampFull date and time the media was captured.
17FilterFilter for specific results.
18Select media typeSelect the checkbox next to the media file of your choice to highlight the Share, Download, and Archive capture options.
