To update a user's Tandem iOS application on an Apprentice-managed iOS device or Tandem headset application on an Apprentice-powered headset, the customer's point of contact with Apprentice should reach out to your Apprentice customer success manager (CSM).
Your CSM will work with you to ensure that the correct application version is identified and updated on the device.
