Logging in & out of the Tempo Web Application

Review the sections below to learn more about logging in and out of the Tempo Manufacturing Cloud on the web application.

NOTE:

You must be on a Google Chrome web browser to access the web app.

Logging in to the Tempo web app as a new user

  1. In your Google Chrome web browser, open your email account.
  2. Locate and open the Welcome to Apprentice email. Verify that you recognize the name of the person who invited you.
  3. Click Confirm Account or copy and paste the login link into the Chrome address bar.
  4. On the Confirm Account page, enter the Password that you want to use to access the web app.
NOTE:

Your password must meet the following requirements:

  • Minimum of eight characters
  • Contain at least one number
  • Contain at least one capital letter
  • Contain at least one symbol
  • Cannot be a real word
  1. Confirm your password in the Confirm Password field, then click Login. The system logs you in and displays the system dashboard.

Logging in to the Tempo web app as an existing user

  1. In your Google Chrome web browser, open your organization's Tempo Manufacturing Cloud web app page.
  2. On the Login page, enter your email address in the Email field, then click Next.
  3. Enter your password in the Password field, then click Login.
    1. If you have enabled MFA for your account, you will be prompted to provide your MFA token immediately after you click Login.
      1. To access your MFA token, open the Google Authenticator app on your device and locate the token for your Tempo account.
      2. Enter the token in the MFA Token field, then click Submit before the token expires. Tokens are available for a maximum of 30 seconds.
    2. (OPTIONAL) If your system account does not have MFA enabled, the system displays a two-factor authentication option. If you would like to set up MFA at this time, follow the instructions located on the page, otherwise click Skip.
NOTES:

Logging in to the Tempo web app as an existing user with SSO

Organizations can set up their Tempo Manufacturing Cloud system to support Single Sign-On (SSO), allowing users to log in using their existing company credentials.

NOTE:

For more information about configuring SSO as a system admin, refer to the Configuring SSO article.

Once SSO has been enabled for your organization, this sign in method replaces any previous login credentials and will be used to log in to any solutions your organization uses, such as:

  • Tempo Manufacturing Cloud web app
  • Tandem iOS app
  • Tempo iOS app
  1. In your Google Chrome web browser, open your organization's Tempo Manufacturing Cloud web app page.
  2. On the Login page, enter your email address in the Email field, then click Next.
  3. The system will validate your login using your organization's corporate authentication solution. If you are prompted to log in to that solution, complete and submit all required information. You will then be redirected to the system dashboard.

Logging out of the Tempo web app

  1. From the left navigation panel, click logout Log out.

Changing your password will log you out immediately. Use the new password to log back in.
First name must have atleast 2 characters. Numbers and special characters are not allowed.
Last name must have atleast 1 characters. Numbers and special characters are not allowed.
