Issue
If the Apprentice-powered headset does not accurately reflect the date and timezone you are working in, the user may have difficulty connecting to a wireless network or opening the Tempo application(s).
Solution
- Power on the headset device.
- On a desktop computer, navigate to the RealWear Configuration website.
- Click Configuration.
- Click Set Date & Time.
- Select the Date, Area, and Time of your current location.
IMPORTANT!
Un-check the Set automatically box if it does not allow you to make changes to the fields.
- Click Generate Barcode in the upper right corner to display a QR code.
- On the Apprentice-powered headset, say "My Programs," then say "Configuration."
- Point the headset camera toward the QR code to scan and confirm the change. A chirp tone will occur when the change is made.
