Snapshots & Recordings Overview

The Snapshots & Recordings list is a section of the Tempo web application that allows users to view media captured during a Tandem session, solo recording, or other instance.

The media types that can be found in Snapshots & Recordings include:

  • Tandem HD Screenshots
  • Tandem session recordings
  • Solo recordings (video recordings captured on headset device outside of Tandem session)
  • Solo snapshots (still images captured on headset device outside of Tandem session)
  • Media files shared by other colleagues

To access the Snapshots & Recordings list, click Snapshots & Recordings on the left navigation panel.

# Name Description
1 Share capture Click to search, filter, or select collaborators to share the selected media file with. (This icon is grayed out by default.)
2 Upload a capture Click to upload a media file from your device.
3 Download capture Click to download the selected media file to your device. (This icon is grayed out by default.)
4 Archive capture Click to archive the selected media file. (This icon is grayed out by default.)
5 Toggle grid view Click to toggle the media files in grid view.
6 Toggle list view Click to toggle the media files in list view (default view).
7 Columns Add or remove a column from the list.
8 Reset Filters Reset the filters on the list.
9 Thumbnail Preview image of the media file.
10 Name Name of the media file. To add or edit the file name, toggle to grid view.
11 Tags Optional tags added to the media file. To add or edit tags, toggle to grid view.
12 Column options menu Pin, autosize, or reset the column of your choice.
13 File Type Type of media file (png, mp4, etc.).
14 Ownership Name of owner who captured the media file.
15 Shared With Me Displays if the media file was shared by another colleague.
16 Timestamp Full date and time the media was captured.
17 Filter Filter for specific results.
18 Select media type Select the checkbox next to the media file of your choice to highlight the Share, Download, and Archive capture options.
