How to Enable AI Agents for use in a Tempo Environment
The following information provides details to how Tempo AI Agents can be enabled and configured within a Tempo Environment.
Step 1
The first step is to work with your Apprentice Customer Success contact to enable the appropriate AI Agent feature flags for your environment:
- AI - Ask Apprentice Execution
- AI - Ask Apprentice Procedure Run
- AI - Exception Monitor & Recommendations
- AI - Procedure Approval
- AI - Procedure Author From PDF
- AI - Procedure Author From Prompt
- AI - Procedure Author Migration Tool
- AI - Procedure Run Recommendations
- AI - Procedure Run Summary Card
- AI - Process Agent
- Permission Allow Lists
Step 2
Once the feature flags have been enabled in the environment, the Agents tab will be accessible in the Platform -> Team Configuration section of Tempo:

Each AI Agent can be enabled individually. Additionally, each has it's own configuration and permissions allow list:

After AI Agents have been configured, if applicable, they can also be configured within the configuration settings of a procedure template:
