Model and serial number
- Navigate to the headset's home page.
TIP:
To navigate to the headset's home page, say "Navigate Home," or press the textured Action button on the side of the device.
- Say "My Programs," then say "Settings."
- Say "Page Down" until you see About device displayed on the screen.
- Say "About device," then say "Model." The Model and Serial number of the device will display.
MAC Address
- Navigate to the headset's home page.
