Turning Off Noise Cancellation on Headset

Follow the steps below to learn how to turn off noise cancellation to capture ambiant noise on an Apprentice-powered headset.

  1. Navigate to the headset's home page.
TIP:

To navigate to the headset's home page, say "Navigate Home," or press the textured Action button on the side of the device.

  1. Say "My Controls" then say "Action Button."
  2. Say "Noise Capture." The Action button can now be pushed to allow for Noise Capture capability.
NOTE:

If you want to change the Action button back to Homescreen capability, repeat step 2 then say "Homescreen."
