Process Agent Overview
Operator Assistant (Ask Apprentice):
The Process Agent will act as an Operator Assistant and can be accessed at any time during execution of a procedure from both our Web and Mobile execution experiences. It provides the user with the ability to ask questions about their procedure to gain insights in real time around items such as:
- Information about individual steps/process actions
- How long actions have taken
- Impacts caused by exceptions or CPP’s
