Quality Agent Overview
The Quality Agent is responsible for performing review by exception before approving procedure runs as well as grouping exceptions for user review. The following is a complete feature set for the Quality Agent.
Exception Monitor & Recommendations:
The Quality Agent will monitor for exceptions to occur in an assigned procedure. If an exception occurs it will automatically group exceptions in the procedure run, provide suggestions, and allow the users to review/approve in bulk.

Procedure Approval:
The quality agent will monitor for the procedure to be completed with no outstanding unapproved exceptions. If these conditions are met, the quality agent will automatically approve the procedure.

Supervisor Assistant (Ask Apprentice):
The Quality Agent will act as an Supervisor Assistant and can be accessed at any time from the procedure run summary page. It provides the user with the ability to ask questions about their procedure to gain insights around individual steps/process, how long actions have taken, and even impacts caused by exceptions or CPP’s.

Run Recommendations and Summary:
The Quality Agent will monitor for procedure completion and both Summarize and make recommendations for how the procedure can be improved.
