Array classes and subclasses allow organizations to categorize arrays based on their business needs. Users must create array classes and subclasses before an array instance can be created within a procedure run.

Arrays are often defined by their size and properties. For example, an array class might indicate the size of the plate. Array subclasses might further define properties of those plates, such as whether a plate of that size is standard or precoated.

Array Classes/Subclasses page

The Array Classes/Subclasses page provides access to view, search, or filter through a list of existing array classes and subclasses and to create new classes and subclasses.

To access the Array Classes/Subclasses page from the left navigation panel, click cloud Tempo > Arrays > Classes/Subclasses. A list of configured array classes and subclasses displays.

From this list, users can access the following functions:

  • View, search, create, edit, and deactivate array class/subclass information.

  • Customize filter views to fit display preferences.

    • Click Columns to select which array class/subclass columns to display in the list.
    • Columns reflect specific information stored on an array class/subclass within the system, including information such as Type, Description, and more.
    • Click filter_list Filter next to a column of your choice, then select a filter criteria and enter a term in the search bar.
    • Click Filters Applied > Clear All Filters to reset the filter view.
  • Export array classes and subclasses.
