Issue
The Apprentice-powered headset and/or Tempo web application does not accurately reflect the user's native language.
Solution
Review the sections below to learn how to change the language settings on your device.
Apprentice-powered headset
- Power on the headset device.
- Press and hold the Action button located on the side of the headset to scroll through a list of available languages.

- When the display is hovering over the preferred language, release the Action button.
NOTE:
If the wrong language was selected, repeat steps 2 and 3.
Tempo web application
- Hover over the navigation panel to the left then click My Profile.
- Select a Language from the dropdown menu. The interface language will update immediately.
