      Forgetting Network Settings

      Issue

      User is experiencing issues with the wireless network connection on their Apprentice-powered headset or iOS device.

      Solution

      Apprentice-powered Headset

      1. Power on the headset then ensure you are at the device's home page before moving forward.
      TIP:

      To navigate to the headset's home page, say "Navigate Home" or press the textured Action button on the side of the device.

      1. Say "Settings," then say "Network and Internet."
      2. Say "Wireless Networks," then say "Page Down" until Saved networks is displayed.
      3. Say "Saved networks," then say the name of the network you want to forget.
      4. Say "Forget".

      iOS device

      1. On your iOS device, navigate to Settings.
      2. Tap Wi-Fi.
      3. Tap the the blue "i" icon displayed next to the name of the network you want to forget.
      4. Tap Forget This Network.
      5. Tap Forget to confirm.
